Export Operations Management: Oversee the entire export process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective distribution. Coordinate with logistics providers to manage shipping schedules, documentation, and customs requirements. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to meet export demand. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all international trade laws, customs regulations, and export policies. Prepare and manage all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Stay updated on changes in trade regulations, tariffs, and international trade agreements. Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade laws and regulations. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the development and execution of sales strategies in international markets. Negotiate and close deals with international partners, ensuring profitability and sustainability. Track and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - · Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). · Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in export management, preferably within the FMCG sector. · Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements. · Proven track record of developing and executing successful export strategies. · Experience in managing relationships with international clients and distributors. · Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. · Able to speak and writing in Mandarin is a Must.
