职业说明	Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify potential markets and opportunities for growth in the FMCG sector. Develop and implement comprehensive export strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior in target markets. Sales and Business Development: Identify and establish relationships with potential international clients, distributors, and partners. Negotiate contracts and agreements with overseas distributors and partners. Achieve sales targets and expand market share in targeted regions. Develop and manage a pipeline of potential customers and ensure a consistent flow of new business opportunities. Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities. Export Operations Management: Oversee the entire export process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective distribution. Coordinate with logistics providers to manage shipping schedules, documentation, and customs requirements. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to meet export demand. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all international trade laws, customs regulations, and export policies. Prepare and manage all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Stay updated on changes in trade regulations, tariffs, and international trade agreements. Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade laws and regulations. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the development and execution of sales strategies in international markets. Negotiate and close deals with international partners, ensuring profitability and sustainability. Track and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

技能要求	· Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). · Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in export management, preferably within the FMCG sector. · Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements. · Proven track record of developing and executing successful export strategies. · Experience in managing relationships with international clients and distributors. · Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. · Able to speak and writing in Mandarin is a Must. Known about English & Bahasa Melayu will be added an advantage.
