技能要求	1) Minimum a diploma in MLVK, CIBTAC or ITEC or equivalent 2) Good spoken and written in English ,BM, Mandarin 3) Good presentation skills and public speaking skills 4) Strong communication skills and confident to conduct training independently 5) Must obtain good interpersonal skills , energetic, resourceful, passion 6) posses own transport and willing to travel
