Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment is an advantage Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, safety-conscious approach Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively liaise with production teams Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
