职业说明	Working Location : Ulu Tiram Requirements & Remarks: *5 years of experience are required. * Candidate must possess at least a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. *Computer literate with strong spread sheet skills. *Able to work independently and self motivated. Job Scope: *Assist in preparation of tender submission. *Co-ordinates the procurement of materials and find suppliers for the projects and ensuring expenses within budget. *Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation. *Liases with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation. *Timely preparation of bills of quantities, technical data & unit rate. *Other duties assigned by Management . *Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals. *Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
