Monitor shipment schedules and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and Incoterms. Track and manage logistics costs, verify freight and shipping invoices, and support cost control initiatives. Resolve any shipping-related issues or delays promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and documents for audit and reporting purposes. Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate inbound and outbound movements. Support process improvements in shipping and logistics efficiency.
