1. It is tested and verified by TUV Rheinland in Taiwan and had passed CE of Machinery Safety Directive (MSD 89/392/EEC) and Low Voltage Directive (LVD 73/23/EEC). It conforms to UN's requirement of "Necessary Safety, Hygienic Regulation."
2. CESA/B and CESMB series of products have been proved ISO9001 by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C. of Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection.
3. CES type series include CESA/B, CESMA/B, CESC and CESS type, and the accessories are different by each model. Please refer to the specification for further details.
4. The interval time could be set up on request (2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes) and supply the power, the lubricator will work automatically.
5. The discharge volume could be set up on request and customers can adjust it by themselves. The standard specification of discharge volume is 3-6 cc/stroke, 1-6cc is also on request.
6. This unit has fixed output pressure device, and adding a pressure gauge can inspect if the output pressure works normally.
7. CES series used a synchronous motor, a worm gear and a worm shaft working together.
8. The function of CESMA and CESMB is similar but CESMB has a float switch for checking the oil level. About CESMB type, the standard specification of float switch is NO (Normal Open) contact, which means when the oil level is normal, it will have signals. NC (Normal Close) contact is also on request.
9. CESMA/B's wires locate inside, so that customers need to open wire cover to assemble. After assembling, pull the wire pass through the cable fixed bore and lock it.
