This warranty does NOT cover damage as a result of abuse, abrasion, negligence, excessive wear and tear, or failure to follow care and use instructions. The warranty does NOT cover the cost of shipping or any mode of transportation to send the good(s) to and fro our office in Selangor. Customer mishandling of products is not covered under warranty. ESB hereby disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied. There are no warranties which extend beyond the time frame stated. In no case shall the liability of ESB exceed the purchase or replacement price of the product.
