These heaters are installed into pockets within process tanks or vessels, allowing replacement without draining the system, making them ideal for large storage tanks. Bobbin heaters are commonly used in electric boilers, water heaters, furnaces such as hot air dryers, air/oil heaters, industrial baths and tanks, and processes like shrinkage and welding.
These heaters are manufactured with 304 Stainless Steel, SUS304, or SUS310S sheaths and utilize Ni-Cr 80/20, HRE, or Kanthal heating wire capable of withstanding high temperatures up to 1200°C. Bobbin heaters are customizable in diameter, immersion length, and power, and come with threaded pin connections. Terminal enclosures are available in IP54 standard or IP66 waterproof options to suit various industrial requirements.
