Suria KLCC Unveils Malaysia’s First Outdoor Skating Rink

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 27): Suria KLCC has earned a spot in the Malaysia Book of Records for launching the country’s first outdoor skating rink. The rink is part of the mall’s ‘A Majestic Christmas’ campaign, running from Nov 22, 2025, to Jan 4, 2026, at the city-centre shopping destination.

Francis Tan, Executive Director and CEO of Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd, said the mall is more than a shopping venue—it is a place for memorable experiences.

“This year’s theme, highlighted by the Christmas tree and Malaysia’s first outdoor skating rink, is designed to offer a world-class festive experience, bringing joy and togetherness to our visitors,” he said.

Festive Attractions at Suria KLCC

Centre Court: Visitors are greeted by a multi-tiered Christmas tree installation with interactive lights, festive melodies, and photo-ready decorations.

Outdoor Skating Rink:
Located at the Esplanade, the first outdoor skating rink in Malaysia wraps around the mall’s 80ft Christmas tree, set against the iconic PETRONAS Twin Towers. The Festive Skating Experience runs daily until Dec 25, 2025.
