Mah Sing Group Bhd has expanded its landbank with the acquisition of a 2.79-acre freehold parcel in Sri Rampai, Setapak, for RM44.5 million, paving the way for the launch of its latest residential project, M Mira.
The acquisition reinforces Mah Sing’s momentum in prime and high-demand urban locations, adding to the success of its previous Setapak launches—including M Adora, M Astra, M Azura and StarParc Point.
This marks Mah Sing’s fifth land deal in 2025, following:
-
M Aria in Sentul
-
The landmark Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre acquisition
-
M Legasi 2 in Semenyih
-
M Cora in Penang
Collectively, these five parcels carry an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM4.1 billion.
M Mira: RM300 Million GDV with Modern, Flexible Layouts
M Mira is expected to carry a GDV of RM300 million, with preliminary plans proposing practical layouts—including 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom configurations—with indicative prices starting from RM499,000.
The project aims to offer affordable urban living while incorporating modern design features, catering to the evolving preferences of Kuala Lumpur homebuyers seeking connectivity, convenience and lifestyle facilities.
Transit-Rich Location Surrounded by Four Rail Stations
M Mira enjoys strategic connectivity, being located within reach of four rail stations:
-

The strong rail accessibility also enhances M Mira’s appeal to tenants and young professionals.
