SHAH ALAM (Dec 1): Oriental Interest Bhd’s residential arm, Myra, has partnered with Panasonic Malaysia to outfit open-market units at Myra Senja with energy-efficient appliances.
Each unit will include four inverter air-conditioners, electric water heaters, and a 90cm induction hob with hood. Larger four-bedroom units will also feature a washer-dryer combo and multi-door refrigerator for a limited period.
Myra Senja, located in Subang 2, is a leasehold development with three 20-storey towers totaling 576 units, alongside a 74,432 sq ft retail podium. The project has an estimated GDV of RM400 million and is slated for completion in 2029. Open-market units range from RM658,000 to RM988,200, while 96 Rumah Mampu Milik units are priced from RM270,000.
Facilities include a landscaped podium, lap pool, water play areas, badminton courts, reading room, and outdoor fitness spaces. The development enjoys proximity to Kota Damansara, Ara Damansara, and a two-minute drive to the DASH Expressway.
