Tanggungjawab	1. Patient Care Conduct consultations, diagnosis, and treatment Prescribe medications appropriately Manage acute and chronic conditions 2. Clinical Procedures Perform basic procedures (e.g. wound care, suturing, injections) Handle minor emergencies and provide first-line treatment 3. Documentation Maintain accurate medical records Complete reports, referrals, and medical certificates 4. Compliance & SOP Follow clinic policies, SOPs, and local regulations (e.g. Ministry of Health Malaysia guidelines) Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical practice 5. Communication Communicate clearly with patients and staff Provide health education and follow-up advice 6. Handover & Continuity of Care Properly hand over unresolved cases to the next doctor Ensure continuity and safety of patient care 7. Professional Conduct Be punctual and reliable for assigned shifts Maintain professionalism and uphold medical standards
