The Pipe-Scan is an advanced in-pipe water quality analyzer that delivers real-time, multi-parameter monitoring directly inside pressurized pipelines—no shutdown required.
Equipped with an i::scan spectrophotometer probe, it continuously measures FTU/TU/NTU, UV254, UVT, Color, TOC, and DOC, and supports up to four additional sensors for conductivity, free chlorine, pH, redox, and temperature.

A rugged 2" hot-tap pipe saddle (DN80–DN600) allows installation without interrupting flow, while the built-in nano-pump enables accurate measurement even during no-flow conditions.
With IoT connectivity, the Pipe-Scan easily integrates into SCADA or cloud platforms for remote monitoring, data logging, and predictive maintenance.
