Client’s Requirement
Since its establishment in 1991, the client has grown to become a well-known manufacturer and wholesaler of breads in Malaysia, with its products lining the shelves of grocery stores and supermarkets nationwide. In a bid to retain its moniker as Malaysia’s go-to brand for fresh and delicious flavoured buns and sandwich breads, the client knew it had to keep its operational sector in service for the long haul. To achieve this, the client sought out our services to come up with a flooring solution to reinforce its production and packaging areas.Proposed Solution

Well in the knowledge that the production sector of food processing industries in general are heavily mechanized and thus prone to intermittent thermal shocks, we installed our Ecogard® PSL 6020 system, a 6mm thick heavy-duty self-leveling hybrid polyurethane floor topping that offers a hard-wearing matt finish while being able to withstand High operating service temperature up to 120C. As for the packaging sectors, the 3-coat high build nature of our Polygard® RAC 8500 system that we put up offered ease of maintenance. In the end, we had successfully extended the operational efficiency and lifespan of our client’s sustainability-driven business.
