How do I terminate TIME services?

SEBELUM SETERUSNYA

1. Cancellation requests can be submitted through our Selfcare portal. If you don't see the cancellation option, please contact our customer service team to enable it in your Selfcare account.

2. After the option is enabled by Customer Service

You can go HERE to start the process. Please fill up and submit the form within 24 hours.

Please note that for no lock-in contract plans, we require a notice period of a minimum of seven (7) or a maximum of 30 working days before your next bill cycle.

For 24-month contract plans, a one (1) month termination notice is required.

Early termination fee will be charged in the final bill, for any cancellation within the contract period.
