Keperluan	Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance or Accounting from a reputable university. Your academic foundation will be the cornerstone of your success in this role. - Work Experience: Bring approximately 5 years of finance/cost accounting related work experience, with more than 2 years in the costing-related area. Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred, as it will enable you to quickly adapt to our business environment. - Language Proficiency: Be fluent in Chinese, English, and Malaysian, both in speaking and writing. This multilingual ability will facilitate effective communication across different teams and stakeholders. - Software Skills: Have experience with SAP BI, ERP (e.g. Oracle, SAP) software. Proficiency in these tools will enhance your efficiency in data management and analysis. - Interpersonal Skills: Be a team player with excellent communication skills. Your ability to collaborate effectively and share your knowledge will be essential in driving the success of the finance team and the organization as a whole.
