From Old Terrace to Modern Luxury Home
This project involves a complete old house rebuild for a double-storey terrace in Sri Bintang, Kepong. We transformed the entire structure to maximize space and natural light.

Facade Transformation: Modern boxy design with balcony extension.

Custom Carpentry: Walk-in wardrobe with glass display cabinets and LED lighting.

M&E Works: Complete electrical rewiring and plumbing piping for the whole house.
Design Concept & Challenges
Rebuilding a 30-year-old house comes with challenges like aging structures and poor lighting. Our strategy was to open up the layout. By removing partition walls and raising the ceiling height, we introduced natural light into the living area.
The Modern Luxury theme is achieved through a mix of dark wood textures, glass elements, and ambient lighting, creating a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere for the family.
