SEBELUM SETERUSNYA

黑枣和枣粉对（a）HT-29 和（b）HCT-116 细胞的抗增殖作用。用浓度范围为 6.25 至 200 ug/ml 的黑枣和枣粉处理细胞 48 小时。BrdU 增殖指数是根据与未处理对照组相比的百分比计算的。结果表示为三次独立实验（n = 3）的平均值±标准误差平均值。带有不同字母的条形表示显著差异（P < 0.05）。（c）未处理对照组、黑枣（70 ug/ml）和枣粉（100 μg/ml）中 HT-29 细胞的 Hoechst 染色细胞核。箭头表示凋亡细胞核
