The TowerMark X is an extremely versatile and configurable laser marking machine that can meet a wide range of needs. It can be equipped with different types of laser sources.

The main feature of the TowerMark X is an innovative system that moves the laser along the X and Z axes, allowing for the marking of individual pieces in all different sizes as well as – and especially – pallets as long as 600 mm x 170 mm. 

This is done in such a way as to not obstruct the work area of the marking machine at all and to utilize all available space.

High productivity
With a 500 mm X-axis stroke, the marking area expands to 600×100 mm (with FFL160 focal length), enabling the automatic marking of long parts without the need to move them, as well as marking pallets containing hundreds of small items.

Upgradable System
The Towermark X can be upgraded with the TTL vision system, which is perfect for laser marking very small parts that require exceptional precision and high definition. Additionally, a rotary axis can be added inside the marking cabin for marking cylindrical components.

Tall Parts Marking
The Z-axis of the TowerMark X can accommodate parts up to 400 mm in height (with FFL160 focal length). The slide rail with recirculating ball bearings ensures smooth movement, precision, and long-lasting performance. The Z-axis is programmable through FlyCAD, while the joystick and SmartFocus system enable manual adjustments to find the ideal focus distance, even for complex parts.
