Miss Toh attained a Bachelor of Laws ( Second Class-Upper) from the University of Malaya in 1996 and she chambered in the firm under the tutelage of Miss Lau Su San.

She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on the 15th of March, 1997 and joined the firm as a legal assistant practising in field of corporate, banking and conveyancing.

She studied Islamic law as part of her academic programme and completed a study of Islamic Banking and Secular banking as set out in BAFIA. She is now Head of the Firm’s Islamic Banking practice. She is fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin as well as several Chinese dialects.

Her clients include listed companies such as Huat Lai Resources Berhad and DPS Group; and small and medium enterprises such as Fuyun Fruits Trading Sdn Bhd and Supreme Power Auto Group.

Recently, on behalf of a client, she completed an acquisition of an estate totaling approximately 900 acres in Gemencheh for a total consideration of Ringgit 62 million. Currently, she is working with a developer client and purchasers on the formation of a resident association for an avantgarde, guarded and gated community.
