The Integrated-LED Tri-Proof Light - Driver Osram- is the perfect solution to illuminate any space efficiently and durably. With selectable power from 25W to 44W, this strip features a high quality OSRAM Driver and a 150cm size that makes it ideal for any type of installation.

The gasket construction, sealing system and diffuser ensure a high degree of protection (IP66) against dust, pollution and water penetration. This rating allows the power strip to be widely used in dusty and humid environments.

The body of the power strip is available in reinforced polyester in light grey (RAL7035), which gives it excellent temperature resistance, mechanical stability and electrical insulation. In addition, it withstands the impact of various chemicals and adverse weather conditions. Its size and shape stability at changing temperatures is excellent.

The diffuser is made of injection moulded opalised PMMA, with unique non-ageing properties and high chemical resistance. Its luminous efficiency is extremely high thanks to a high light permeability of up to 90%. In addition, its light dispersion is well balanced, allowing excellent light uniformity without shadows and glare. Its light opening angle is 120°.

The gasket between the diffuser and the housing is made of silicone-based injected foam. The diffuser is fixed to the housing with vandal-proof stainless steel clips and the gear holder (reflector) is made of white powder-coated sheet steel.

The Osram Driver is available in four selectable wattages: 25W delivering 2800Lm, 32W delivering 4300Lm, 38W delivering 5100Lm and 44W delivering 6000Lm. The LED diode plate optimises the thermal management of the luminaire to avoid direct contact between the gear holder and the driver, thus increasing the lifetime of the strip.

The luminaire tray on which the LED diode plate is placed is made of sheet steel with oven-dried white powder coating. The luminaire fastening clips are safety clips: made of special tamper-proof stainless steel and cannot be handled with bare hands.

Our Integrated-LED Tri-Proof Light has a lifetime L70B50: 72.000h - L80B10: 50.000h -L90B10: 25000h, that means that:

• L70B50: After 72,000 hours of operation, the light emitted by the strip will have a luminous output of 70% of its original value (L70) and that 50% of the luminaires in a large sample will maintain that luminous output (B50).
• L80B10: After 50 000 hours of operation, the light emitted by the power strip shall have a luminous output of 80 % of its original value (L80) and that 10 % of the luminaires in a large sample shall maintain this luminous output (B10).
• L90B10: After 25,000 hours of operation, the light emitted by the strip will have a luminous output of 90% of its original value (L90) and that 10% of the luminaires in a large sample will maintain that luminous output (B10).

Impact resistance: The cover of the luminaire is made of PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate), with an impact index of IK08. The IK (international standard IEC 62262) is a measure of mechanical resistance or impact of an electrical or electronic product, used to indicate the level of protection against external impacts on a scale from 0 to 10. IK08 is a classification within the IK scale, indicating that the equipment has been tested and approved to withstand a mechanical impact of up to 5 joules (J) of energy (dropping a steel ball with a mass of 1.7 kg from a height of 0.2 meters three times). If the equipment passes the test without significant damage, it is considered to meet the IK08 impact resistance classification.
