Tanggungjawab	- Oversea and handle the end -to end order processing for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok stores. - Take product photos, create and update product listings and manage inventory. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns processing efficiently. - Analyze store performance and provide regular updates. - Plan, create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Twitter. - Design graphics posting using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for product promotions and brand marketing. - Video creation and editing for short-form content and ads. - Address customer questions and feedback promptly on social media, WhatsApp and E-Commerce platforms. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering quick resolutions. - Additional duties as assigned by Manager.
