Maintain some selected product category’s sales and growth at our website, Shopee and Lazada platforms Monitor competitor’s marketing strategy and study market trend. Assist in launching promotional campaigns, including setting promo code, preparing marketing materials eg: web banners, social media posts Handle of products branding, image & packaging. Work with marketing team to develop strategies to grow the online business across different markets. Develop e-commerce channels with various online platforms used to conduct digital sales. Develop and optimise processes and tools to improve scalability across the different markets. Manage day-to-day operational execution and work with sales & marketing team regarding product pricing. Manage all inquiries from customers including liaising on stock availability, orders processing, etc.
