Tanggungjawab	Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management: idea generation, development, testing, launch, iteration. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback studies to guide product strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, operations, and design. Define and monitor product KPIs aligned with sales targets and user satisfaction. Coordinate product education initiatives for internal teams and sales agents. Ensure product compliance with local regulations and company brand identity.

Keperluan	Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in beauty, health, or FMCG sectors. Strong analytical skills with experience in user research and product data analysis. Familiar with Agile or other project management frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across departments. Proficiency in English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
