Tanggungjawab	Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers to constantly strive for the reasonable purchase price while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability and service. Cooperate with Product Development Department for sourcing, selecting and approval of new material/ supplier. Continually identifying new opportunities for cost reduction and innovation across the portfolio. Develop and execute a strategic sourcing strategy for raw material in alignment with company objective. Develop negotiation strategy and lead negotiation to optimize the cost saving. Involve in vendor development such as vendor audit, vendor visit and etc. Monitor feedstock market price trends and market information. Conduct supply market analysis, cost modelling and benchmarking. Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationship with supplier.

Keperluan	Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), or equivalent. 3-6 years in direct and indirect Procurement. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Material Sourcing, Purchasing and negotiation. in Manufacturing will be added advantage. Strong knowledge of electronic components is preferred Proficient in MS Office Application (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook access) and MRP system Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate with all levels of personnel and management. Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude Able to work under pressure.
