Tanggungjawab	We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer / QC Engineer to join our premix plant team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our premix products meet the established quality standards. Your job duties will include: 1. Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that premix products meet established standards 2. Conducting regular inspections and tests of premix products to ensure that they meet quality standards 3. Analyzing data and preparing reports on the results of quality control tests and inspections 4. Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are consistent with established quality control procedures 5. Troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the production process 6. Training and supervising staff on quality control procedures and ensuring that they follow established standards 7. Communicating with customers regarding quality control issues and working to resolve any problems that arise 8. Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and ensuring that the premix plant is meeting all necessary standards

Keperluan	1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other related engineering 2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing or production environment 3. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality control procedures
