What is a Limited Liability Partnership (PLT)?

A Limited Liability Partnership (PLT) is a business structure established under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2012, combining features of both a company and a traditional partnership.

PLTs are regulated by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2012.
