You may search “Whizzl” from Google Play, App Store or App Gallery.

Registration for a Whizzl Account
Step 1:
Click on “Create a Whizzl Account” to register an account.

Step 2:
Fill out all the information and tick the checkbox to agree with the “Term of Use & Privacy Policy”.
Step 3: Click on “Sign Up”.

Step 4: After clicking on “Sign Up”, a Secure Code will be sent to your phone number.
Step 5: Kindly insert the Secure Code to complete the sign-up process.

Access Management Dashboard in Whizzl App
In your community page, you will see a menu button on the top right side.
To go to the Management Dashboard, click on the 3 dots button and select “Manage”.

You may choose the “Place” or “Community” that is under your management.

The basic information of your “Community Profile” will be displayed. Also, you may have a quick glance on “Today’s Statistic”, “Statistic of Emoticons” and other “Statistics”.
On the left panel, you will see the features: “People”, “Post”, “CMS”, “Statistic” and “Organization”.

Whizzl Management Dashboard currently is supported in 3 languages: English, Chinese and Malay.
My Profile

When you sign in to your Whizzl Account, in the top right, beside your login name there is a profile image icon displays. Click on the profile image, you can see “My Profile”, “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy”.
In “My Profile”, you are allowed to manage your info, activity and password. You are also allowed to upload “Profile Photo”.
Update your Profile
To update your profile, click on and update your profile accordingly.
Change your password
To change your password, you may go to “My Profile” > “Change Password”. Then, you are required to insert the “Current Password”, enter your “New Password” and “Confirm New Password”, click on “Submit” to complete the change password.

Go to “Project Info”, the basic information of the project will be displayed.

Site Record is designated to simplify the workflow in construction site on tracking the items/issues required during development progress.

Items to Track in Site Record

Request for Information (RFI)
|
Request for Information which enable the Contractor to collect written information from related Consultants to gather information to take remedial steps. There is an indicator for the status in this sub-module, allowing the Contractor and other Stakeholders to know the status.
Type of Status:
Pending - A record is created which is pending reply by the Assigned Consultant.
In Progress - The Assigned Consultant has received the requisition and preparing the reply.
Replied - The record is replied by the Assigned Consultant.
Request to Review – Consultant has reviewed record replied by Assigned Consultant and request the Assigned Consultant to review the record again.
Closed - The record is reviewed and closed by Contractor.
Overdue - There’s no action taken before the due date by Assigned Consultant.
Read Status is to show who has reviewed the information record.
Create a New Record
Contractor enables to create a new record to Request for Information from a Consultants.
Step 1: Click on “+ New Record”.Step 2: You can create new record by selecting suitable template, stating your request, assigned to specific Stakeholder, cc to relevant Stakeholder(s), include file/document etc.
Step 3: Click “Submit” to complete the process.
Review a Record
Contractor enables to review all details of Request for Information (RFI).
Step 1: Click on action button “…” to select “Submission List” or “Record Information”.
Step 2: Select the record that you wish to review and click on action button “…” to “View Details”. In the submission details, Contractor is allowed to take action on the record.
Step 3: Click on “Actions”, it enables you to choose “Set to Closed” or “Request to Review” to change the record status.
Select Request to Review will require you to leave a comment on this action.

Clash Report
|
Clash Report is similar to RFI and it will be raised by BIM Consultant/BIM Coordinator. There is an indicator for the status in this sub-module, allowing the Contractor and other Stakeholders to know the status.
Type of Status:
Pending - A record is created which is pending reply by the Assigned Consultant.
In Progress - The Assigned Consultant has received the requisition and preparing the reply.
Replied - The record is replied by the Assigned Consultant.
Closed - The record is reviewed and closed by BIM Consultant/BIM Coordinator.
Overdue - There’s no action taken before the due date by Assigned Consultant.
Read Status is to show who has reviewed the information record.
View a Record
As Contractor, you are allowed to view all the Clash Report information.
Step 1: Click on action button “…” to select “Submission List” or “Record Information”.
Step 2: Select the record that you wish to review and click on action button “…” to “View Details”.
As Contractor, you can only review all details of record information and submission list. There’s no other action that can be taken by Contractor in this sub-module.|
Shop-Drawing
|
Shop-Drawing is produced by Contractors. The shop drawing is the Manufacturer's or the Contractor's drawn version of information shown in the construction documents. The Shop Drawing normally shows more detail than the construction documents. There is an indicator for the status in this sub-module, allowing the Contractor and other Stakeholders to know the status.
Type of Status:
Pending - A record is created which is pending reply by the Assigned Consultant.
Overdue - There’s no action taken before the due date by Assigned Consultant.
Approved – The Assigned Consultant has approved the Shop-Drawing.
Accepted – The record is accepted by Consultant with Remarks.
Rejected – The record is rejected by Consultant with Remarks.
Request to Review – Consultant has reviewed record replied by Assigned Consultant and request the Assigned Consultant to review the record again.
Read Status is to show who has reviewed the information record.
Create a Form
Contractor enables to create a new Shop-Drawing for other Consultants.
Step 1: Click on “+ New Form”.
Step 2: You can create new record by selecting suitable template, stating your request, assigned to specific Stakeholder, cc to relevant Stakeholder(s), include file/document etc. Step 3: Click “Submit” to complete the process.
View a Record
Contractor enables to review all details of Shop-Drawing.
Step 1: Click on action button “…” to select “Record Information”.
Step 2: You could view all the information and refer to the Consultant’s Remarks.

Site Memo
|
Site Memo is the Memorandum, or Memo, is used primarily as a formal, physical means of efficient communication between site staff members. It’s raised by Consultant to Contractor. There is an indicator for the status in this sub-module that allows the Contractor to know the status.
Type of Status:
Pending - A record is created which is pending reply by the Assigned Consultant.
In Progress - The Assigned Consultant has received the requisition and preparing the reply.
Replied - The record is replied by the Assigned Consultant.
Request to Review – Consultant has reviewed record replied by Assigned Consultant and request the Assigned Consultant to review the record again.
Closed - The record is reviewed and closed by Contractor.
Overdue - There’s no action taken before the due date by Assigned Consultant.
Assigned to you - The record can be assigned to the respective Consultant(s).
Read Status is to show who has reviewed the information record.
Respond to the Requisition
When Consultant raised a Site Memo, Contractor enables to review all details of Site Memo.
Step 1: Click on “Actions”, select “Record Information”.

Step 2: Click on action button “…” to select “View Details”.
Step 3: Now, you can reply to the Requisition by filling up the form. Click “Reply” to complete.
If you find that the record is wrongly assign to you, you may select “Re-assign”.

Non- Compliance Report (NCR)
|
Non-Compliance Report is a construction-related document that addresses specification deviation or work that fails to meet quality standards. There is an indicator for the status in this sub-module that allows the Contractor to know the status.
Type of Status:
Pending - A record is created which is pending reply by the Assigned Consultant.
In Progress - The Assigned Consultant has received the requisition and preparing the reply.
Replied - The record is replied by the Assigned Consultant.
Request to Review – Consultant has reviewed record replied by Assigned Consultant and request the Assigned Consultant to review the record again.
Closed - The record is reviewed and closed by Contractor.
Overdue - There’s no action taken before the due date by Assigned Consultant.
Assigned to you - The record can be assigned to the respective Consultant(s).

Consultant Instruction

Consultant Instruction - A site instruction is a formal instruction typically issued by Architect/ Engineers with directives to main contractor. Site instructions fall outside the scope of the original contract and require further directions for crews to complete. Site instructions come down through the chain of command from Architect/Engineers to contractor. This flow of communication MUST be formalized to ensure that contractors are aware and adequately paid out for this change. There is an indicator for the status in this sub-module that allows the Contractor to know the status.
Type of Status:
Assigned to you - The record can be assigned to the respective Consultant(s).
Read Status is to show who has reviewed the information record.Respond to the Instruction

Method Statement is a description of how the work will be carried out accurately and safely. These documents are usually used to provide information to workers about how the work should be executed with safety precautions. There is an indicator for the status in this sub-module that allows the Contractor to know the status.
Type of Status:
Pending - A record is created which is pending reply by the Assigned Consultant.
In Progress - The Assigned Consultant has received the requisition and preparing the reply.
Replied - The record is replied by the Assigned Consultant.

Material Submission in construction management are shop-drawings, material data, samples and product details that are primarily required for architects and engineers to verify that the correct product specification will be used for the specific project. In Progress - The Assigned Consultant has received the requisition and preparing the reply.
Replied - The record is replied by the Assigned Consultant.

Progress Report is an effective client communication and project management system that keeps the client well informed on the true progress of the project. The Progress Report facilitates accurate information in managing client’s expectations eliminating any potential liability issues. There is an indicator for the status in this sub-module that allows the Contractor to know the status.
Type of Status:
Read Status is to show who has reviewed the information record.Create a New Record
Contractor is able to create a new Material Submission record to the Consultant.
Step 1: Click on “+ New Record”.Step 2: You can create New Record by stating your request, assigned to specific Stakeholder, cc to relevant Stakeholder(s).
Step 3: Enter the “Target Progress (%)” and “Actual Progress (%)”. The system will auto calculate the “Progress Different (%)”.
Step 4: Click on “Submit” to complete the process.

Claim Submission

Claim Submission refers to the claims for payment being made progressively as the works are completed. Usually, the contract will allow to make claims for payment at the completion of certain stages in the works. There is an indicator for the status in this sub-module that allows the Contractor to know the status.
Type of Status:
Pending - A record is created which is pending reply by the Assigned Consultant.
In Progress - The Assigned Consultant has received the requisition and preparing the reply.
Replied - The record is replied by the Assigned Consultant.
Overdue - There’s no action taken before the due date by Assigned Consultant.
Acknowledged – The record has been Acknowledged by Consultant.
Read Status is to show who has reviewed the information record.Create a New Record
As Contractor, you are allowed to create a new record to claim for payment from a QS Consultant.
Step 1: Click on “+ New Record”.Step 2: You can create New Record by stating your request, assigned to specific Stakeholder, cc to relevant Stakeholder(s).
Step 3: Enter an amount of the Claim in “Claim Amount”

Step 4: In “Progress Report”, select a report you want to claim. QS Consultant will refer the progress report to release the claim.

Meeting Minutes are notes that are recorded during a meeting. They highlight the key issues that are discussed, motions proposed or voted on, and activities to be undertaken. There is an indicator for the status in this sub-module that allows the Contractor to know the status.

In “My Profile”, you are allowed to manage your info, activity and password and upload your “Profile Photo”.
Update your Profile
To update your profile, click on and update your profile accordingly.
Change your password

In Progress - The Assigned Consultant has received the requisition and is preparing the reply.

Create a New Record
As a BIM Consultant, you can create a new Clash Report with the related Consultant.

Review a Record

A Consultant can respond to a requisition when the BIM Consultant raises a Clash Report.
Step 1: Click “Actions”, select “Record Information”.

In the Record Information, a Consultant is allowed to take action on the record.
Step 2: Click “Actions”, select “Set to In Progress”.

Step 3: When the record status changes to “In Progress”, click again on “Actions”.
Step 4: Select “View Details”.

Step 5: Now, you can reply to the Requisition by filling up the form. Click “Reply” to complete.

If you find that the record has been wrongly assigned to you, you can re-assign the record to the respective Stakeholder.

Shop-Drawing is produced by Contractors. The shop drawing is the Manufacturer's or the Contractor's drawn version of information as shown in the construction documents. The Shop Drawing normally shows more details than the construction documents. There is a status indicator in this sub-module, allowing the Contractor and other Stakeholders to check the status.
Types of Status:
Pending - A record is created but pending reply from the Assigned Consultant.
Approved – The Assigned Consultant has approved the Shop-Drawing.
Overdue - There’s no action taken before the due date by Assigned Consultant.
Request for Review – The Consultant has rejected the record and the Contractor needs to Review again
Accepted – The record is accepted by the Consultant with Remarks.

In your community page, you will see a menu button on the top right side.


To go to the Management Dashboard, click on the 3 dots button and select “Manage”.

You are required to log in with the registered “Whizzl Email” and “Password”.
You may choose the “Place” or “Community” that is under your management.

Dashboard

The basic information of your “Community Profile” will be displayed. Also, you may have a quick glance on “Today’s Statistic”, “Statistic of Emoticons” and other “Statistics”.
On the left panel, you will see the features: “People”, “Post”, “CMS”, “Statistic” and “Organization”.

Language

Whizzl Management Dashboard currently is supported in 3 languages: English, Chinese and Malay.
My Profile


When you sign in to your Whizzl Account, in the top right, beside your login name there is
, click on it and you can see “My Profile”, “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy”.
In “My Profile”, you are allowed to manage your info, activity and password. You are also allowed to upload “Profile Photo”.
Update your Profile
To update your profile, click on your profile and update accordingly.

Change your password

To change your password, you may go to “My Profile” > “Change Password”. Then, you are required to insert the “Current Password”, enter your “New Password” and “Confirm New Password”, click on “Submit” to complete the changed password.

Site Record
Before you start to use Site Record, you need to set up “Staff”.
Staff
When you have several people accessing your Whizzl Management Dashboard, you can set staff account roles and control their access to the Dashboard by setting permissions.Personals to Access Site Record Module
Admin - Admin of the Organization who can manage roles and other permissions on this Page. Admin also has full access and permission rights to manage all aspects of the Community.
Note: If you're adding a new Admin to your Community, please keep in mind that they'll have the same permission as you do to make changes to this Community.
Contractor – Main contractor.
Consultant – Refers to Architect, BIM Consultant, C&S Engineer, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, M&E Engineer and Quantity Surveyor.
Add a New Staff to the Community
As an Admin, you can add a new admin by sending an invitation to a staff.
Step 1: Go to “People” > “Staff”, click on
Step 2: Enter Whizzl “Username/Email”, select “Role”. Click “Submit” to add new admin. Step 3: An email invitation to add as new admin will be sent to the staff.

Step 4: Click the link in the invitation email to accept the invitation.
Step 5: The staff can now log in to Whizzl Management Dashboard by using their “Username” and “Password”.
Profile Info
Setup Site Record

Go to “Site Record”, Select “Project Info” to proceed the setup for your Project.
You are required to fill up all compulsory fields to complete the setup
Manage Stakeholder
When you have several companies involved in the development which requires to access your Site Record Module, you can manage contractors and consultants’ companies who will access to the Dashboard.
Step 1: Select “Manage Stakeholder” under “Site Record”.
Step 2: Click “+ Add New Stakeholder”.Step 3: You are required to fill in all compulsory fields to update the Contractors and Consultants’ company details.
Step 4: Click “Save” to complete “Add Stakeholder”.Edit/ Delete a Stakeholder
You can always edit/ delete the Stakeholder(s)’s information.
Step 1: Click on “Actions”.

Step 2: Select “Edit” or “Delete” to manage the Stakeholder.
Add Staff in Stakeholders Company
Step 1: Click on “Actions”.

Step 2: Select “View Staff” to view Stakeholder Team.


Step 3: Click on
Step 4: Select a “Staff”. (You able to view full list of all staff who have been assigned role.)

Step 5: Select a Position for the staff.
Edit/ Delete staff for Stakeholder
You can always edit/delete the staff’s information under each Stakeholder’s profile.
Step 1: Select the “Stakeholder”.

Step 2: Click action button “…” to “Edit” / “Delete”.
Manage Templates
You may manage all documentation templates under “Manage Templates”.

A list of draft templates is available for review and usage.
Step 1: Go to “Manage Templates”.
Step 2: Select Template.

Step 3: Click on action button “…” > “Go to Template” to review the draft template.
You can edit the template as necessary, please refer to the following steps on how to edit the template.
Step 1: Click on “Actions” button.

Step 2: Select “Set to Draft”.
Step 3: Click on “Confirm”.


Step 4: Once the template’s status set to “Draft”, you can go to “Action”, select “Edit Template”.
You can customize all the template forms for Request for Information (RFI), Clash Report, Shop-Drawing Submission, Site Memo, Non-Compliance Report (NCR), Method Statement, Material Submission and Claim Submission.

Step 6: Once you complete editing the form, you may go to “Actions”> “Set to Publish”.

In “Actions”> “Go to Template”, there’s “Quick Action” in the template which has the same functions as the action button “…”.
Create New Template
If the templates available are not suitable, you can always create new templates.
Step 1: Click on
Step 2: Enter a “Template Name” and select “Template Type”.
Step 3: You can change the “Template Status” based on the needs into “Draft”, “Published” & “Unpublished”.
Step 4: You can click on or drag and drop the components to build your document content.


Step 5: Click to complete edit Template.
General Question
Review on each Submission
As Admin, you can review on each submission for each sub-module by clicking actions button “...” to view for record information or submission list.

Generate Report from each sub-module
You can export the listing from each sub-module by clicking “Export” to “Export to Excel” or “send via Email”.
