Tanggungjawab	Supervise receiving of incoming goods and the dispatch of outgoing shipments, ensuring all paperwork matches the physical goods. Oversee the proper storage and organization of all items in the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility. Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies. Plan and organize daily tasks for the warehouse team to ensure all operational targets are met efficiently. Create and manage work schedules for the warehouse staff to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency. Enforce all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with Malaysian fire and safety regulations. Coordinate with external vendors for the repair and scheduled servicing of all warehouse equipment. Utilize and manage the warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory and shipments.
