Allpipes Technology Sdn Bhd (Allpipes) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Engtex Group Berhad, a company listed on the main Market of Bursa Malaysia (KLSE) since 2002. The company specializes in the manufacturing of spirally welded steel pipes, catering to a broad spectrum of applications including water supply, sewerage, irrigation, and dredging. Additionally, Allpipes manufactures structural steel pipes that are extensively utilized in infrastructure and construction projects such as jetties, bridges, and high-rise buildings.
Established in 1995, Allpipes manufacturing plant is strategically located in a 20-acre site in Serendah, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Equipped with four spiral pipe mills, the facility has an annual production capacity of 40,000 metric tonnes of steel pipes. The plant is certified under ISO 9001:2015 and SIRIM ECO 032:2020, and has been granted the right to use the MyHijau Mark in accordance with the Green Label Certification scheme (ISO 14024 Type I ECO-Labels) by SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd. Demonstrating its continued commitment to integrity and quality management, Allpipes achieved the ISO 37001:2016 certification for anti-bribery management systems in 2025. As a subsidiary of Engtex Group Berhad, Allpipes also actively supports and aligns with the Group’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, reinforcing its dedication to responsible and sustainable business practices.
Allpipes manufactures products ranging in size from ND100mm to ND3,000mm, all of which are certified by IKRAM QA Services Sdn Bhd and ANQAS Certification Sdn Bhd, and approved by waterworks applications in Malaysia by the National Water Services Commission (SPAN). Our mild steel concrete-lined (MSCL) pipes and fittings have received approval from all state water authorities across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Since 1995, Allpipes has been a trusted supplier of MSCL pipes and fittings for numerous national, state, and inter-state water transfer and distribution projects. Notable projects include the PAAB Langat 2 Water Treatment Plant and Water Reticulation System, the Raw Water Supply Project for RAPID (PAMEX), the Sg. Rasau Water Treatment Plant and Water Supply Scheme (Stage 1), as well as the pipeline works for the Water Supply Project from Kemaman, Terengganu to Gebeng, Pahang. In addition to our domestic footprint, our products have also been supplied to international markets such as Singapore.
