Tanggungjawab	-Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives. -Manage and oversee the entire procurement process, from sourcing to contract negotiation and supplier selection. -Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality goods and services at competitive prices.- -Draft, review, and manage purchasing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.-- -Monitor supplier performance, manage risk, and initiate corrective actions when necessary. -Set up and optimize purchasing processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. -Lead negotiation efforts to secure favorable terms and conditions with suppliers. -Collaborate with global project teams to align purchasing activities with project requirements. -Analyze market trends, global material costs, and supplier data to inform purchasing decisions. -Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, savings, and performance metrics. -Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office tools to manage purchasing data and processes effectively. -Coordinate with other departments, such as finance, engineering, and production, to ensure seamless procurement operations. -Manage and mentor a team of buyers or procurement specialists, providing guidance and training as needed. -Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to procurement.-
