Introducing our wire hot stamping machine: Characters are engraved on a disc, and the print content can be modified by rotating the disc. Supported characters include ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ+-/· 0123456789, including a space.
The heating temperature of the character mold can be freely set. The operator simply places the wire into the fixture and steps on the pedal switch, then the pre-set characters are automatically stamped onto the wire insulation.
The printed color is determined by the hot transfer ribbon (available in white or black), allowing you to choose the appropriate ribbon color based on the wire color. The character size is determined by the mold, and we can customize the size according to the wire diameter. The maximum number of characters that can be printed can also be customized to meet your needs.
