社会保险机构（SOCSO）与就业保险系统（EIS）供款新调整将从2024年10月1日起生效

SEBELUM SETERUSNYA
社会保险机构（PERKESO） 宣布了一项重要更新：自 2024年10月1日起，SOCSO和EIS的供款工资上限将从 每月RM5,000 提升至 每月RM6,000。这意味着，工资超过RM5,000的员工，其供款将根据 RM6,000 的新工资上限来计算。而对于 月薪超过RM6,000 的员工，其供款金额将以 RM6,000 为上限标准。
 

工资上限调整对员工的影响

此次社会保险工资顶限的提高，确保了 高薪员工 能享有更全面的保障，涵盖 工伤保险计划（Employment Injury Scheme）及 就业保险系统（Employment Insurance System, EIS）。


雇主须采取的措施

全国的雇主需确保以下事项符合新规：
  1. 更新薪资系统，反映 RM6,000 的新工资上限。
  2. 确保自2024年10月起的供款 符合《1969年雇员社会保障法令》与《2017年就业保险系统法令》 的修订指南。
  3. 密切关注PERKESO的最新更新，避免出现违规或罚款。
若未遵守新规，可能导致供款错误或员工的社保保障出现中断。
