What is a Consolidated Shipment Tracking Number?

A consolidated shipment tracking number (also called a waybill number or tracking number) is a unique code provided by your logistics company when you ship your parcels.
You can use it to check your parcel’s status — such as whether it has been received at the warehouse, shipped out, arrived in Malaysia, or is currently out for delivery.

Simply put, it’s like your parcel’s IC number — the key to tracking your shipment’s status!

How to Check Your Consolidation Tracking Number

Let’s start from the beginning — your item-level tracking numbers.

1 Item tracking numbers (from Taobao, Pinduoduo, etc.)
Each product you purchase on platforms like Taobao or Pinduoduo has its own tracking number.
So if you bought 10 items, you’ll have 10 different tracking numbers.

When these parcels arrive at the consolidation warehouse, the system checks them using these tracking numbers.
Even if the parcel shows “delivered” on the shopping platform, it may take a short while before the warehouse system updates and shows it as “received.”

Once the parcel is recorded in the system, Vspeed will send you an inbound notification.
 

2 After all your items are received and recorded in the system, you can proceed to fill in the necessary shipment details.

Required information includes:

• Item name – What’s inside the parcel? (e.g., clothes, shoes, cups, etc.)

• Quantity – How many parcels under this tracking number? (You can check this on your shopping platform.)

• Declared value – The total value of the purchased items.
   

3 Once all information is completed, you can choose how to ship your consolidated parcel.

You can select air freight or sea freight depending on your needs.
Sea freight starts from as low as RM3/kg (depending on your chosen option).
 

4 After confirming the shipping method, your parcels will be picked, packed, and weighed by the warehouse team.

Once weighing is completed, you will receive a notification to make your shipping payment.

5 After your parcels are shipped out, you’ll receive a new Consolidated Tracking Number!
