Conduct safety drills and risk assessments as needed. - Create and manage work schedules, assign tasks, and plan shifts to align with production demands and deadlines. - Identify areas for process improvement and work with management to implement strategies that enhance productivity, quality, or safety. - Compile reports on production performance, safety incidents, and any other relevant metrics for senior management. |
