Tool: Retaining Ring Installation/ Removal for 1/2" check valve

Important :

• This tool is necessary for rebuilding Pumps and Boosters.

Repair of the check valves can be simplified by using the special tool for 1/2” Semi Soft Seat Ball Check Valves.

To disassemble:

• Depress the retaining ring in the check with the inner rod or tool.
• Then slide the sleeve down to force the retaining ring out of the fitting body groove and into the recess of the tool.
• Extract the tool, and other components of the check valve are free for removal.

To assemble, follow the procedure in reverse.
