- Basic massage strokes and techniques
- Effleurage, petrissage, friction, and other fundamental techniques
- Stretching, Acupressure points, Meridian lines
- Practice role-play sessions and demonstrations for each technique
Module 4: Full Body Massage Sequence (7 hours)
- Step-by-step instruction on a full body massage sequence
- Techniques for different body parts, oil and non-oil techniques
- Including back, shoulders, arms, legs, feet, hands, face, head, neck & stomach
- Guidance on transitioning between different areas of the body
Module 5: Client Communication and Professionalism (2 hours)
- Building rapport and establishing trust with clients
- Effective communication and active listening skills
- Professional ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality
Module 6: Self-Care for Massage Therapists (1 hour)
- Imporatance of self-care and maintaning physical and mental well-being
- Stretching exercises, relaxation techniques, and self-massage
- Preventing burnout and promoting a sustainable massage practice
Module 7: Assessment and Certification (2 hours)
