1. What area does your service area include?
For the time being, we only serve in Klang Valley area, including: Kepong . Sungai Buloh . Setia Alam . Klang . Puncak Alam . Subang Jaya . Kota Kemuning . it Jalil . Sri Kembangan . Sunway . Puchong . Subang
2. Is there any out-slope delivery service?
We don't have outslope service yet.
3. When do I need to place an order? When is the delivery?
Just place your order before 8am-6pm every day. Our driver will come to pick up the goods the next morning, and then deliver the goods to customers.
4. What are your business days and hours?
Open from Monday to Saturday, 8am-6pm every morning. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

6. How to charge?
Regardless of the percentage, the whole KL and Selangor RM13/package, each additional package is an additional RM5. One order has a maximum of 4 packages, and an additional order needs to be placed for the fifth package.
Example 1: Merchant A has 3 parcels to deliver, and the courier fee for merchant A is RM13 + RM5 + RM5 = RM23.
Example 2: Merchant B has 6 parcels to deliver, and merchant B’s courier fee is RM13 + RM5 + RM5 + RM5 = RM28 (4 parcels are an order). RM13 + RM5 = RM18 (the other two packages are the second order), adding up the two orders, the courier fee for merchant B is RM46.
7. What is the size of the package?
The Size (length + width + height) of a package should not exceed 130cm. If it exceeds 130cm, it will be charged as 2 or 3 packages.
Example 1: Merchant A's package is 50cm (length) + 40cm (width) + 30cm (height) = 120cm, and the charge is RM13.
Example 2: Merchant B's package is 60cm (length) + 60cm (width) + 60cm (height) = 180cm, and the charge is RM13 + RM5 = RM18.
8. Package weight?
The weight of a package cannot exceed 20kg. If it exceeds 20kg, there will be an additional charge.
