MHS-60 Multi-Sample Homogenization System
MHS-60 supports fast and automatic homogenization of maximum 6 samples at the same time. It circularly loops the samples into a narrow space with high speed and relative motion of inner rotor to shear and break them. There is no doubt that MHS-60 is of great help in cell disruption, residual pesticide testing, food safety, drug analysis, and environmental monitoring.

Technical Parameters

	● High Efficiency: 6 samples are homogenized efficiently upon a few seconds. Up to 300 samples are processed within an hour.
	● Speed Range: 1800-25000rpm.
	● Dual Operation Mode: Program Mode and Manual Mode.
	● Satisfactory Result: spider tube rack vibrates up and down, and reaches about 60 times per minute of vibrations.
	● Easy Disassembly: homogenizing probes can be automatically engaged in or unlocked without manual intervention.
	● Simple Cleaning: all matching probes are made of 316 stainless steel and are able to be split into outer stator and inner rotor, which makes cleaning easy and simple.
	● 12 standard probes used alternately can effectively avoid cross contamination and enhance efficiency.
	● Optional probe sizes and tube racks: 8mm, 10mm and 18mm meet different kinds of samples. Tube rack (or for ice bath use) in specific sizes can be customized.
	● 5" HD color touchscreen displays real-time rotate speed and homogenizing time. 12 complete sets of parameters (speed, time, vibration etc.) are saved in program mode.
