With this unique electrolyte leak detection method, ELT Vmax allows for fast and efficient leak testing of metal-ion batteries. It is used for all cell types and in a wide range of industries, whether for traction batteries in the automotive industry, in communication technology, in consumer electronics, in power tools or in medical technology.The ELT Vmax reliably detects electrolyte leaks down to the micrometer range - and finds leaks up to 1,000 times smaller than with conventional methods. With direct electrolyte leak testing, metal-ion batteries such as lithium, sodium, and aluminum-ion batteries of all cell formats can be reliably tested.
