Keperluan	A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline Minimum 8 years of post-graduate experience in a senior mechanical engineering role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector Proven track record of leading the design, development, and implementation of complex mechanical engineering projects Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills Proficient in the use of CAD software, simulation tools, and project management applications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Thorough understanding of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under tight deadlines
