海鲜干炒乌冬
食材料：
南美虾 250克
鲜鱿鱼 250克
鲜带子 130克
乌冬 2包
大洋葱 1粒
红辣椒 2条
菜段 5棵
小芽菜 50克
土鸡蛋 3粒
蒜头茸 1 汤匙
绿生菜 1棵

调味料：
味精粉 1小匙
鸡精粉 1小匙
蚝油酱 半汤匙
黑椒粉 少许
黑酱油 少许
芝麻油 少许

烹饪做法：
1.将叁种海鲜退冰后，处理干净切割好，把蔬菜类清洗干净切好备炒，将乌冬用热水川烫熟后，沥干水分备炒。

2.开锅下油烧热倒入3颗鸡蛋，和蒜茸，大洋葱丝，三种海鲜去煸炒香后，才倒入乌冬，小芽，菜段和调味料酱汁，开大火一起炒伴均匀至到有焦香锅气，即可起取上碟，，，开饭喽，，！
