Our findings today is hydronephrosis- kidney with dilated pelvis and collecting system. This happen when urine can’t drain from a kidney and builds up in a kidney as a result.
Hydronephrosis can happen at any age and does not always cause symptoms.

• Symptoms can include:
• pain in the side and back.
• urgent or frequent need to urinate
• nausea and vomiting
• fever
