Designed and manufactured in house, our modular fixture kits provide infinite adjustment of the fixture components in multiple directions. Clamps, locators and supports can be placed in exactly the right position to suit the part. Greater flexibility results in less complicated designs, fixtures are easier to assemble and completed in less time.
Scalable Fixturing
The new modular fixture kit makes fixturing large parts simple, just slot an additional basplace into the interlocking channels of another plate and secure with 2 M6 screws.
This solution not only gives you more flexibitilty for fixturing a range of different sized parts but also means you dont have to have a heavy bulky plate on the surface of your CMM at all times.
Rapid Setup
Fixture mounts incorporate M6 threaded holes at a 30mm fixed pitch distance. Sliding clamps enable pillars to be clamped at intermediate positions between the fixed pitched M6 threaded holes. For rapid repeat setups, fixture components (pillars and clamps) can be quickly removed and replaced without disturbing the X-Y locations of the previous setup. Additional individual parts can be purchased if required.
Any number of designs can be created from a single fixture kit. Over 60 high quality parts manufactured from anodised aluminium and stainless steel are supplied in a compartmented storage case. All types of prismatic and free form parts can be held and supported correctly during measurement.
