Multifunctional Face Protection Shield (EN 166)
The face shield provides multifunctional protection:
(1) Optimal Optical Quality: To provide users with the best optical quality so that they can focus on their work, Blue Eagle safety face shields have passed the highest standard optical testing (Class 1), including spherical refraction, astigmatic refraction, prism refraction, and scattered light.
(2) High-Speed Impact Resistance, 120m/s: Made of extruded polycarbonate with ultra-high impact resistance, the face shield can be used in high-temperature working environments and can withstand the impact of a 6mm steel ball at a speed of 120m/s.
(3) Infrared (IR) Protection: We use advanced technology to provide users with high-efficiency infrared protection.
(4) Infrared (IR) Reflectivity: Enhanced infrared reflectivity certified by EU standards.
(5) Radiant Heat Protection: Through our advanced physical vapor deposition (PVD) technology, we ensure the face shield's excellent resistance to radiant heat. The radiation heat resistance is verified by the European Union standard EN ISO 6942. Under the irradiation of a heat radiation source with a power of 20 kW/m², RHTI 24 > 95 s, reaching the highest level.
(6) Ultraviolet (UV) protection: We use advanced material technology to provide users with high-efficiency ultraviolet protection without affecting their color perception. (Note: Color perception refers to the user's ability to distinguish colors such as red, yellow, green, and blue after wearing the eye protection device). -
Flip-up face shield: Equipped with a flip-up face shield for convenient work, ventilation, and conversation.
