Initially established in the year 1988 as M/s Setia Konsultant, our Consulting Engineer firm offers engineering, planning and design services, project and construction management services  in  Malaysia, especially Johor. In 1994, the company was corporatised under the name M/s. Serumpun Konsultant Sdn. Bhd.

The Company’s main areas of activity are in civil and structural engineering disciplines. Services provided by the firm ranges from feasibility studies to project completion. The company also provides traffic and transportation planning consultancy services which include Traffic Impact Assessment(TIA)Studies, Traffic Management Plan (TMP) as well as Masterplan Studies involving detailed land-use and traffic modelling.

The principals of the firm, Ir Pui Syn Kong and Ir Quek Swee Kim, are directly involved in all projects entrusted who controls and coordinates the design teams and  in  particular liaises  closely with other government departments in achieving the most satisfactory solution to any problems.

The Company undertakes the engagement of specialist services when the scope of the project requires the inclusion of the specialist services beyond the normal professional experience of the principals and senior staff.

In 2008, the Company registered itself with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia under the Category of Civil and Structural Consultancy Firm.
