DESCRIPTION: MC-201 metal & roofing sealant is one part sealant that offer excellent adhesion, outstanding durability and excellent gunnability for general sealing application.

USES: General joint sealing in external walling, window and door frames, roofs and others.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR: MC-201 metal & roofing sealant is not suitable for high joint movement substrate (more than ±3% joint movement).

COLOUR: White, grey and black.

APPLICATION: ♦ Surface must be clean and dry. ♦ Mask smooth surface to simplify clean up. ♦ Use approved back-up material in joint. ♦ Cut nozzle to desired size. ♦ Insert cartridge into caulking gun. ♦ Push sealant ahead for uniform bead. ♦ Tool within 10 minutes. ♦ Clean off excess sealant with mineral spirit. 

CURING TIME: MC-201 metal & roofing sealant will tack free in approximately 24 hours.
