Tanggungjawab	1. Coordination and supervise workers and sub-contractors and educate construction workers on site safety practices and evaluate employee performance. 2. Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place. 3. Organizing and manage equipment and manpower effectively. 4. Set project goals and oversee projects to completion. 5. Conduct regular inspection and reports of project status. 6. Conduct toolbox meeting 7. Daily report for work progress.
