'Hantaran' is an exchange of goods as a gift between groom's and bride's family once this marriage agreed by both family.
Normally will be daily-use stuff, clothes that suitable for each, gadgets, desserts and others.
Other than that, for the quantity of 'Hantaran' have to be odd number. And 'Hantaran' from bride side will more than groom side. In engagement section, usually will be 3&5 (Three 'Hantaran' from Groom side and Five 'Hantaran' from Bride side). For further marriage section, will be 5&7 or 7&9.
