This wine is a limited release by Montes for their 30th Anniversary. Aurelio Montes Junior, the Chief winemaker. It is mainly Cabernet Sauvignon but we added some Cabernet Franc. We call it “Petit Montes Alpha M”. The grapes to make this wine come from the same vineyards meant for Alpha M in Apalta Valley & Marchigue vinyards in Colchagua Valley. It has been aged for 12 months in French oak with a small portion of Cabernet Franc. This special blend is unlike the all-time favorite Montes Alpha Cabernet Sauvignon 2018, which is 90% Cabernet Sauvignon &, 10% Merlot.

~Tasting Notes~
Deep and intense ruby red colour.
On the nose, expressive aromas of ripe black fruit, sweet tobacco and spices, all perfectly integerated. The palate is rounded and enveloping, with a sensation of freshness, refined tannins and a long lingering finish.
